Indulge in a curated wine-tasting experience at Knorhoek. Our tasting room offers a selection of our finest wines, showcasing the rich diversity of our vineyard. From crisp, refreshing whites to full-bodied, robust reds, each wine reflects our dedication to quality and craftsmanship.

Our wine tastings are designed to be a sensory journey. Begin with our elegant Chenin Blanc, with its vibrant stone fruit flavours and subtle oak nuances. Progress through our selection, including our award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, known for its rich berry aromas and smooth, velvety finish. For gin enthusiasts, our Small Batch Clear and Pink Gins provide a unique tasting experience with their complex botanical profiles.

Enhance your tasting with artisanal platters featuring locally sourced cheeses, charcuterie, and freshly baked bread. For a more substantial option, our bistro menu offers a variety of seasonal dishes crafted to complement our wines perfectly. Whether you choose to enjoy your tasting indoors or under the shade of ancient oak trees, our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the nuances of each wine, ensuring a memorable experience.

Knorhoek Picnics

Experience the rustic charm of the Stellenbosch Winelands with a picnic at the historic Knorhoek Winery. Tucked away at the foot of the Simonsberg mountains, this estate offers a peaceful retreat where you can lounge on lush lawns under the shade of ancient oak trees.

Knorhoek is kid friendly with a special 'cubs' menu designed for children under 12 years old. Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives are available, please inform us when making your booking.

For a seamless visit, it is recommended to enquire at least 24 hours in advance, especially during the sunny summer season.

Pricing
- R850 per basket for two adults with a bottle of Knorhoek Chenin Blanc
- R200 per child under 12 years old

Picnics are available during the warmer months from December 2025 to April 2026.
