Sunday Country Feast

Towerbosch Earth Kitchen serves a relaxed Country Feast menu on Sundays. The meal is introduced with a warm welcome by our fresh home-baked bread accompanied by our home-made compound butters.

The starter provides you with a very swift introduction of our restaurant and hints on what to expect from our Country Feast main course. The starter will be something served out of our pantry. Think pickled vegetable salad, home-cured meat, something smoked or a warm roast cherry tomato soup during the colder winter days.

An interesting story is told by our main course through our unique style of service along with the exceptional taste and quality thereof. The main course is served on large vintage platters and dishes to the middle of the table, the way Grandma serves Sunday lunch. This can consist of anything from our very famous roast lamb shoulder, aged beef sirloin, or free range chicken, leek and truffle pie. Complementing the meat, traditional sides will be served such as duck-fat roast potatoes, an Aubergine bake, sweet potato fritters and Tabbouleh…or whatever we have growing in our beautiful garden. These elements crafts the ambiance and feel of our beautiful venue, which creates a very intimate and special setting.

The dessert sends you off with a sweet goodbye, sealing the deal with a freshly brewed coffee.
